A deliciouw recipe with morels

Ingredients (for  6 portions)
350 – 400 gr fresh morels
250 gr Greek feta cheese
2 big onions
2 sweet pepers
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Φρέσκος parsley

Cut the morels lengthwise, with a brush clean any dust or insects from the inside and put them in a bowl with plenty of water for about 20 minutes, to remove dust and dirt from the branches of their hat.
Unlike other mushrooms, morels do not absorb water.
Take them out of the water, and dry with a towel

Cut the onions and peppers into slices.
Put all the ingredients except the feta cheese in a pyrex and then in a preheated oven (150-170 degrees)
Let them cook for 15 minutes.
Add the grated feta and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve adding lemon and chopped parsley.
