Easy and fast recipe with fried Amanita caesarea delicious mushrooms.

Ingredients (για 6 μερίδες)
350 – 400 gr fresh Amanita caesarea mushrooms
3 big onions
3-4 cloves garlic
Virgin oil
Salt, pepper
Fresh parsley or myrons
Balsamic vinegar or lemon

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut the spots that are not good. We do not wash because the mushrooms will absorb water and will be immune

Cut the mushrooms into slices, the onions into slices and finely chop the garlic
Saute the onions in olive oil until they start to soften.
Add the mushrooms without stirring and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, salt and pepper and mix.
Continue to fry for about 10 minutes, tasting and adding salt and pepper, if necessary.
Serve by adding balsamic vinegar or lemon and chopped parsley or myrons.

Tip: Do not overcook the mushrooms because they lose their fruity and delicate taste.
